Mike Bristol has stated that his mission is to "make beer that brings three things to mind: quality, purity, and sanity"[1].
The brewery produces a range of beers brewed in a variety of styles. The most popular regular beers are Laughing Lab Scottish Ale, a 5.3% abv, which has received several brewing awards; Red Rocket Pale Ale, a 5.2% abv American pale ale; Beehive Honey Wheat, a 4.4% abv wheat beer; and Mass Transit Ale a 5% abv amber ale.
Winter Warlock Oatmeal Stout, a 6.5% abv sweet stout is a popular winter seasonal.
The brewery has also honored "Pumpkin Man" Nick Venetucci of Colorado Springs with its "Venetucci Pumpkin Ale." Venetucci farm dedicates 6 acres of pumkins towards the making of Venetucci Pumpkin Ale and all proceeds are then donated by Bristol back to benefit Venetucci farms. Venetucci Pumpkin Ale is made once per year and is nearly impossible to buy due to its popularity. [1]
Beers are available on draught in bars and restaurants in Colorado, in jugs to take away at the brewery, and in bottles.
